CHAIRNOGOODFORBACK consists of Frederik Hauch and Rasmus Christian Pedersen. They produce pounding industrial-tinged techno and electro that sounds like drippin’ basement raves and the dark months of the Scandinavian winter.

The duo is back with their latest single ‘Let Music Always Round Me’. A tune that flourished in a jam session in an early morning. The duo started playing with the legendary Acetone Rhythm Ace drum machine and then began jamming with the bass and synthesisers.

The song text is inspired by, maybe even a remix of, poet Walt Whitman’s work. Randomly flicking through the pages and picking out one-liners that reflected something in the duo.

'Psycho-Acoustic Principles For The Dancefloor' is a record emancipated from the overload of information that led me spiralling into a schizophrenic over-thinking lately in my music. 'Outsider' has a pureness of confidence which celebrates the last 10 years of isolation away from the European scene, while contained just under its surface is a sense of melancholy which points to the paradox within myself. I believe effective dance- music plays with these human paradoxes, and in a time when the mask of confidence is amplified and commodified, music should tease out the human truth. I hope this record captures something essential which goes beyond the structural. If possible, I hope that it breaks down barriers and preconceptions as it delivers roses and intimacy into a place which allows the spirit to sing.

The noise rattled within the jungle. The green leaves bounced in time with the beat as nature sprung to life in the morning sunshine. The damp rose between the trees turning to steam in the heat of the morning glow as wildlife scattered between the beanstalks. The sky was a dreamy shade of pink but it would soon be blue, much like the waters which surrounded the tropical island. This was paradise and a place called home.

It is with much delight that we are able to premiere an exclusive new track from Superpitcher on Hippie Dance. Keep an eye out for more Hippie Dance affiliated content in the coming weeks. That's a hint.

PLÖTZLICH MUSIK NO. 015 Edgar Peng - Eridu EP 

The No. 015 on Plötzlich Musik is the Eridu EP of our beloved Edgar Peng. He gets supported with a remixe by Jiggler. 

Edgar Peng is a Berlin based artist and producer. He is known from his own label Tonkind, which impresses with a great and outstanding sound. Same counts for his own productions. He delivers a unmistakably groove and trippy sound, which takes you on a crazy journey. He has the perfect feeling for dropping elements and build tension. 

Now a days its hard to find music which standout, but Edgar Peng keeps his sound of analog gadgets and surprising with unexpected elements.  

Jiggler created an other peak time banger. The Berlin-bred producer and DJ, who is one half of former Bar 25 favourites Channel X, has been shaking dance floors since the spring of 2014 under this new pseudonym. Since then, Jiggler has impressed with a string of club oriented bombs for labels Heinz, Stil Vor Talent, Tonkind and Katermukke. 

The Eridu EP is the perfect combination of funky and trippy sound, which will also work as club banger. We are really happy to have this great  artists with us for this EP.
