Following the anniversary box 'Eskimonde - A Decade of Eskimo Recordings', we bring you 'The Pink Collection'. It's the first installment in a brand new compilation series on Eskimo.

We have selected 13 brand new songs - all produced exclusively for this concept - with exquisite care. This labour of love is the fresh start of a new decade of Eskimo Recordings, and at the same time reassuring once again what the label stands for: timeless quality and originality.

De retour ce mois ci avec un volume 2 de la série “Back To Basics” intitulé “From Groovin’ to Jackin’” et dédié aux fameuses “early years” de la House, Garage & Techno. On sort ses plus beaux prefixes (pré-, proto-, post-, crypto—…) et on se plonge dans la décennie 80 et ses nombreux styles qui ont éclos alors : Boogie, Freestyle, Electro, HI-NRG, Bass Music, Euro Disco, mais aussi Post-Punk, New-Wave, Pop ou Disco. Autant de genres qui ont fusionné sur les dancefloors de clubs mythiques (Paradise Garage, Gallery ou Danceteria à New-York, Music Box à Chicago, Haçienda à Manchester pour ne citer qu’eux)ou bien sur les ondes de radios dont les DJs résidents ont changé à jamais l’histoire de la dance music avec leur sets visionnaires.
