Optical Mode is the first single on Aurora Memoria, the latest release from digi-wunderkind and Manhattan producer DV-i, dropping Fall 2015 though Priz Tats Cultural Production Center.  Brilliantly showcased as the soundtrack to an interactive Visual Novel, Aurora Memoria is a 5 song ultra-concept EP full of lush, digitally-quantized bellscapes punctuated by samples, sweeps and FM blips. Set in the neutropic, hyper-evolved megalopolis 'Fuji CIty,' this Visual Novel is an inspired new take on a medium colloquially referred to as the 'dating-sim.

Beginning as a late night musical outlet during the last year of college in Philadelphia for John Helmuth in 2010, Crozet was formed with the much needed help from long-time friend and musician Sean Lee. Creating an epic wall of sound, built out of huge drums, creamy layered synths, reverb-drenched vocals and rich guitar tones, Crozet’s musical direction blends emotional John Hughes style film scores with an influential synth-rock background. 2022 brings new material from the band titled “Suburbia”. Lyrics speaking of love and loss, music evoking the innocence of childhood and teenage angst with a timeless blend of vintage and modern production.
