Practicing a freestyle dubstep set with no edits. Apologies in advance if I’m not quite catching the dubstep vibe yet.☺️ Just another daily journal entry from my DJ learning journey.

Dubstep (freestyle) Practice Session 10/11/25

This track was made using Moonboy's Project X Sample pack beta version! 90% of all sounds used in this track come from the pack and were manipulated to create what you hear. I started making music by watching Moonboy's "How to Dubstep" tutorials and am thrilled to be apart of this competition. This was so much fun altering his presets and samples to create my own unique sounds. This track (especially the house fakeout) was inspired by Subtronics' Alien Communication, one of my favorite tracks off of his album 'Tesseract'

This was also my first time using my OWN vocals in a track and learning how to process my own vocals was a very humbling process lol. Was very intimidated to put this track out with my own vox as its something I've always been afraid to share.
