CRTTR x Eisenbricht presents: Time Crawls As I Wait 

This album was created in collaboration with CRTTR as part of a transdisciplinary exploration of waiting as part of the publication series Eisenbricht berichtet. Time Crawls As I Wait embodies everyday points of contact with the concept of waiting musically and makes them emotionally explorable. The six pieces have taken up the most diverse approaches to synthetic sound architecture and together represent a unity full of variety. 

Eisenbricht is a transdisciplinary platform that deals with social issues in a network of young artists and scientists. The formats that emerge take place in the exhibition/performance space, online, as a publication or as a podium.

four months passed
the trees blossom again

after recent more club-oriented releases on CRTTR, the five-hour album “trevosas”, which marks the first collaboration between HAUSVRAU & RTK, focuses on a more conceptual approach to electronic music. created in a short amount of time, the minimalism of their joint work invites listeners to zone out, zoom in and stretch out. the eerie sounds contained within reverberate through the full body if listened to at high volume. dark drones get washed away by high-pitched screeches and gentle sounds of nature. waves of noise pull you into their dark universe as you delve deeper and deeper into this trip.

all the proceeds of this album will be donated to the Ghassan Abu Sittah children’s fund (gabusittahchildrensfund.org)

Nuevo Prohibido aka Neu Verboten is a Mexican-Swiss multidisciplinary artist and curator who is deeply involved in the electronic music scene, particularly in Berlin and Zurich. Yotah is an electronic music producer and DJ from Bern. His music ranges from experimental listening pieces to bass-heavy tracks. With a playful spirit, he constantly explores and experiments, whether in the studio or performing for the crowd. Some say that his love for music can be heard and felt, and might be contagious.

Casanora is a sound designer and multimedia artist, from Bern, Switzerland with Italian roots. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sound Arts and a Master’s degree in Contemporary Arts Practice; in 2020 she won the Demotape Clinic Award at the M4Music Festival in Zurich, and in 2021 she received an award from the Musikförderung Bern for her track “No Surprise”.

[Premiere] Leese - Shell (out on CRTTR)

"Emit & Transform" is the new album by Timon Kurz's project "Source Of Radiating Noise". The album is based on a single stereo recording directly onto tape. The captured instruments, spaces, and sounds were assembled into a work comprising five pieces. Organic, immersive, evolving textures, drones, and purely acoustic sounds can be heard. It is in the line between music, soundscapes, and listening pieces. The compositions and auditory narratives aim to invite listeners to lose themselves in them, to sink into their thoughts, or simply to dwell in the moment.

The compositions of „SORN“ explore, in the broadest sense, the manipulation of acoustic sounds and real spaces to give them an electronic character while preserving the organic essence of acoustic recordings and real spaces. He is interested in the narrow path between these two worlds and plays with the tipping between these areas. In the creation and composition of "Emit & Transform," almost no conventional effects were used; instead, relatively simple processing methods were employed. The various techniques draw inspiration from the practices of early, experimental, and electronic music but are reinterpreted in a contemporary working environment.
