Dutch party instigator Sophie Francis makes her Dirty Dutch Music debut with her explosive, wild and unpredictable hit, “Don’t Stop.” Built around some rampant distorted synths, jagged beats and grainy textures, the track is as distinctive as it is addictive.
The track kicks off with a heavily mechanized sound courtesy of squelchy slabs of bass, distorted synths and compressed drums. As the tempo increases and the track reaches top gear, we are flung into a crazy synth workout where each line begins to work its own inimitable groove. As it jerks and slides with a shifting sense of the swing, the track then begins to move away from its digital-heavy vibe and morphs into a groovy, natural flowing and upbeat strut. When the wrenching synths re-introduce themselves and take over the track once again, we are immediately plunged back into the heady depths of a raw and uncompromising dancefloor-ready bomb.
