Kicking off the new year and picking up the tempo we have a rly nice ride from one of our good friends Wednesday. 
 
Wednesday aka Hannah's foray into the scene began with a residency with South London's Co Select who put on quality underground DIY events around the city and were early advocates for balanced representation behind the booth.  Her first two mixes demonstrated an ear for selection and programming that stood out and led to us booking her for one of our parties, not knowing she had already been attending as a punter :)  With a character that matches her cheeky style, Wednesday has slowly been building a name for herself playing across town and further afield for Together Elsewhere, RE:SISTANCE, Free Movements, Above & Below Festival, Divine Risen, Hypersoft in Berlin and regularly at UNFOLD.  
Here she jumps straight into it with just over an hour and a half of craftily woven progressive trance and minimal psy.

Based in Paris, Hewan Aman distills trance, psy and dub inspirations into her mixes, infused with both her Franco-Ethiopian heritage and rave and techno culture. Through her selections, she works on meticulous and singular narrations that combine granular soundscapes with captivating grooves. Patchworks that at times resonate as strong fast-paced vibes and other times slower, and more experimental atmospheres.

As the storm rages on here in Amsterdam, we welcome Trancesetters of Westphalia to the series. The project consists of DJ Ungel & Jonathan Suemer, both natives of the western state of Germany from Cologne and Dusseldorf respectively. Their EP 'Pulse of the Trees' was released on vinyl on the Junction Forest label. They run the recently launched Symbiotic nights in Cologne and kicked off the event series with Spekki Webu. Whether playing About Blank in Berlin or making appearances on Rinse FM, the duo applies a versatile approach to mixing various electronic, merging into one eclectic flow. Their recording is inspired by endless nights at Salon des Amateurs and focusses on experimental techno, trance and progressive-house from the 90's. Lock in.

Since 2013, Slowglide has been creating a unique sound which recalls ancestral mysticism, altered states of consciousness as well as cyber-tech fantasies. With a special emphasis on sound design, he crafts uncanny atmospheres, dense rhythms and otherworldly soundscapes. Fed by psychedelia, electronic hybridisations and non-Western music, he’s constantly in search of fresh and unusual techniques to renew his sound palette. After a breakthrough 12” on Antinote in 2018, Slowglide’s music has found its place on labels like Comic Sans Records, Global Warming, Vernacular Records or his newly founded imprint Vanishing Point.
