Was out waking Roxie the dog, who can be a nipper when surprised. And a runner came up from behind... I didn't hear a thing... NOTHING... too much loud music as a kid... and I kind of jumped when he cam into my peripheral and I pulled the leash to make way.

My mind started wandering thinking if someone was after me I'd be such an easy mark from behind! LMAO!!

I have found being outside is truly inspirational for my writing!

A little green pushes its way out
with each bulbous sprout
and dirty crystal piles are all that's left in parking lots

Last week we wore our hats
It made our hair go flat
The air has lost its nip and now its not so raw.
