The Kause is teaming up with a non-profit — The Tribe — to build a solar-powered music production school in Africa, and you can help.

We know these three subcultures — music, sport, and art — create more than fans. They inspire some of the most passionate people on Earth.

The Kause hopes to provide an outlet for these groups' proactive tendencies and encourage supporting this Kause: building a solar-powered music production school in Western Kenya for the Luo people of Africa.

Students will learn to master, save and share their sounds so they can teach the world about their culture through Music.

We plan to donate 25% of all our profits to The Tribe and sell 100% charitable items, specifically so they can build this school.

It's the first of many Kauses we'll support to try to make this world a better place.

The Kause plans to sell a variety of products and media services, but T-shirts will be for sale during March so watch your Souncloud stream for updates.

We provide an outlet for these groups' proactive tendencies and encourage supporting this Kause: building a solar-powered music production school in Western Kenya for the Luo people of Africa.

If we can raise enough money to build this facility, students will have the opportunity to master their sounds and learn skills that could change their impoverished lives. It will be the only music school of its kind in all of Kenya, and it will be a chance for students to show the world their already gifted musical ability.

WHAT IS THE KAUSE? HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Kause is a media company and a brand name for enthusiasts of new-age music, action sports, and art.

Our brand-name features merchandise with 100% originally hand-drawn artwork, including but not limited to: T-shirts, tank tops for girls, zip-up & pullover hoodies, snapback hats, tapestries, flags/banners, posters/prints (some signed by artists, musicians & athletes), stickers, sunglasses, buttons, headphones, The Kause 100% charitable bracelets (like Livestrong awareness bracelets but for other charitable Kauses), beer koozies, lighters, rolling papers, inflatable beach balls & whatever else we think of as we go.

T-shirts will be for sale soon so watch your stream for updates. 

The Kause media provides patrons with free web content regarding new-age music, action sports, and art. We treat these subcultures individually but also investigate how they intersect and perpetuate each other. Our goal is to provide up-to-date, informative, and exclusive information regarding these subjects and ideas that support a greater Kause.

Crunksworth Bentley is no stranger to the world of electronic music. Since his first introduction to the party scene in the winter of 1993, he has been addicted to the music. He soon immersed himself in many aspects of the party scene and started breakdancing and doing graffiti, but didn’t start DJ’ing until 1997.

Around 1996, he was throwing raves and was opening his own shows by playing his first musical love: hip hop. After seeing how much more the crowd responded to house, glitch hop and breaks, the transition of musical choice was swift and the first emergence of the artist we now know as Crunksworth Bentley was born. Since his humble beginnings, Crunksworth Bentley has been throwing down funky EDM sets in most major cities in the U.S. and has opened for a colossal list of international superstars.

Whether it be 50 people or 5,000 people, rest assured this 16 year turntable veteran knows how to destroy dancefloors!

David Élan is a dj/producer that has been in deep with an addiction to vinyl records since the age of 7 years old.  He started mixing hip-hop at a local teen club at age 14 and then was first exposed to techno at age 17.  Every since then he has travelled the country and always found his way to the underground.  After 24 years of spinning music he is still throwing it down.  

David Élan is also known as:

MINIMAL.THREAT (group project, focussed on the production and live performance of minimal techno)

Furious George (used when mixing on the dark side of hard tribal techno)
