what we find episode 5 featuring sanguine - over recent years, sanguine has been steadily stirring tides from ocean to ocean with music landing far and wide on labels like sure thing, oslated, and lost properties. With his latest sliding doors release, sanguine builds a deep and cloudy soundscape across many different tempos creating a rich sonic world with titles like ear gum and gone to taste a dream to match. This finely tuned method of design and arrangement translates to selection and storytelling in mixes with notable features online for series like pure space, maybe, and decay audio. For this mix, sanguine moves through downtempo sounds from artists like tosca, dawn again, ambien baby, and more.

The egg first cracked in the mid 90's at Baltimore record fairs and long overnight radio shows in New York on WKCR. if only once belongs to a new collection of works that explores memory in attics, dusty mirrors, and half-drawn windows.   Fragments from life pass along with snippets of half-remembered tunes played on the piano.   It's still taking shape - but it certainly indicates a direction.

feel a lot is a diary of moments, written on a journey and translated into sound. The shape lives from memories, new realities, movements, places, the present and the space which connects them all. An ode to a life in hyper sensitivity and a big ocean. The analog source for all tracks comes from an Irmler piano.
