‘Boom Shakalaka’ hits the ground running arriving at the first high intensity drop on only seconds in. A pounding bass kick intervenes to ramp up the tempo, borrowing techno warehouse capabilities for full impact before grinding to a halt and scattering a magnetic force field of high pitch synths that border on heavenly. Once again, pursuing relentless dancefloor momentum a breakbeat interlude snaps into action, flexing the full dynamism of NGD Project and BakuBoy & Austin Blake when put head-to-head.

Formed of Italian maestros Michael Gadani and Alberto Tavanti, NGD Project is the ‘new generation of DJs.’ Their brand of forward-thinking blend of big room, techno, trance and hard dance has earned them signings to Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings, Armada Music and Ministry of Sound, and that’s just a sample. Heading into the 2024 festival season, expect to see the NGD Project name across the global dance circuit. 

‘Boom Shakalaka’ collaborators BakuBoy & Austin Lake, otherwise known as Bahruz Ismailov and Ibrahim Nasirli, hail from Azerbaijan. Since fusing their respective sounds into a DJ and producer duo, the pair have provided non-stop dancefloor banger catching the attention of trance leader Paul Oakenfold who was a catalyst in their stardom trajectory we see today. As the duo gain further industry backing, adding Hardwell and Timmy Trumpet to the list, be assured that stardom is exactly where  BakuBoy & Austin Lake are headed.

Powerhouse collaborations have been coming thick and fast of late, and this new one titled 'C'est La Vie' from Azteck and Le Shuuk is now the exception to the ongoing onslaught of top-tier dance music delivery from one of the scene's most electrifying labels, Smash The House.

In a seamless fusion of genres, 'C'est La Vie' is a potent blend of hard dance energy and rolling techno beats. The track is underpinned by a relentless underground bassline that demands attention and is almost certain to hoist the energy levels of any dancefloor into the air.

Coupling Azteck and Le Shuuk's production prowess is a captivating French female vocal that seemingly weaves through the beats, adding an international allure and depth to the hard-hitting dance anthem. With a subtle opening section that affords the vocal space to capture the atmosphere, the track launches into warp speed, unravelling gusty dynamism that is pure musical ecstasy. 

British/Dutch producer and DJ Azteck, who's flown through the ranks in recent years, has rapidly solidified his stature with an enumeration of enormous collaborations that include label bosses Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Don Diablo, Alex Hepburn, and Nicole Scherzinger. Whilst outside of the studio, Azteck continues to showcase his talent at some of the biggest festivals in the world, such as Tomorrowland, Untold, Sunburn Goa, Neversea, Don't Let Daddy Know Korea, and Ushuaïa in Ibiza. 

His counterpart on this release, Le Shuuk, is another established name within dance music circles. Over the last two decades, Le Shuuk's musical journey has taken him from his native Germany to performing worldwide, playing everywhere from Switzerland, the Netherlands, Croatia, Korea, China, India, and Taiwan, and even performing in the weightlessness of ZERO-G. Landing in the Top100DJ poll and playing events like Tomorrowland, WORLD CLUB DOME, ULTRA Europe, and Parookaville all continue to add to the allure that is Le Shuuk.

CryJaxx is an Albanian DJ and record production duo from Tirana consisting of Mario Malja and Serafin Frroku. The duo's music is a mix of a wide range of genres and incorporates elements from house, trap, hip hop, moombahton, pop, and dance-pop. They have more than 120 tracks released gathering more than 35 million streams on Spotify, and 50 million on YouTube and their track “Candy Shop” recently went viral on Instagram and has more than 800k reels as of today. The track charted in 100 countries on Apple Music, and 70 countries on iTunes, and was for a week nr. 1 Global Electronic in Shazam charts. Their DJ debut was in their China Tour they did back in 2019 where they played 9 shows in prestigious clubs.
