She built her career mostly in Kobe and she used to live
in Toronto in 2019 and active as a DJ.

New added to the series’s Deon Jamar kicks off with some chilled reggae and rolls into the deeper side with style. 

Deon Jamar’s Detroit local who grew up with decks in the lounge, his dad was a DJ so music’s always been part of the deal. After digging into Detroit’s underground scene, he started doing his own thing, throwing parties like “Healin Sessions” and running the black music exhibition. 
Now he’s dropped his first solo album “Altars” on his own label and this mix gives you a taste of that journey.

LÉMAN MIX 23 - DEON JAMAR

Clara Knör is a Munich-based DJ and illustrator known for her vibrant and eclectic style. Despite playfully insisting, “I am not a D.J.,” she has become a key figure in the city’s music scene. She hosts the monthly radio show Nuff Respect on Radio 80000, curating sets influenced by roots, reggae, and dub. Beyond music, Knör is an accomplished illustrator, describing her artistic style as “funny, colorful, confident.” Deeply inspired by skateboarding culture, which she has been part of since she was 13, her work reflects the energy and attitude of the scene. She has also released music mixes, including Public Possession 014: Clara Knör (DJ Mix) in 2022, showcasing her diverse musical tastes and seamless blending of genres.

XTAL’s music career took off in 1995. He teamed up with his friend k404 as the DJ duo Traks Boys, who also produced numbers of their own music including “Starburst / Yellow Birds” released under Internasjonal, a Norwegian record label organized by Prins Thomas.
Crystal, his solo project, maintains constant releases from labels such as Crue-L Records, Beats In Space Records .
As a DJ, he keeps the weekend floors floaty, euphoric and groovy. In 2016, he not only renewed his alias to XTAL –still the same pronunciation as Crystal– but released his 1st solo album “Skygazer” from Crue-L Records. The album is conceptually experimental but still clearly shows his endless interest in and love for House, Techno, Disco, and Japanese City Pops.

95年からDJを開始。川崎工場地帯の某工場屋上にて行われているインダストリアル・レイブパーティー「DK SOUND」で、k404とのTraks BoysとしてレジデントDJを務める。Jun Kamodaとのバンド(((さらうんど)))、Your Song Is Goodのギタリスト吉澤成友とのユニット、様々な海外レーベルで活躍する岡山在住のダンスミュージック・プロデューサー、KEITA SANOとのユニットでも、精力的にリリースを重ねる。ソロとしては、Crue-L Recordsからの1st『Skygazer』（2016年）、自主レーベルCizimaからの2nd『Aburelu』（2020年）に続き、カクバリズムより3rdアルバム『EKO』を2024年にリリース。
