4'30" of sounds from a variety of programs on RootIO radio stations in Northern Uganda.  RootIO uses tiny FM transmitters and cloud infrastructure to create community-sized radio stations. There is no studio: programs are hosted through phone calls and controlled through touch tones (IVR). The stations have been running since June 2015, some small communities are hosting as many as five original programs per day.

The Obama song, since I'm sure you'll ask, is by a Gulu artist named Engineer Jane.
