The Observer

When I bought a license for East West's Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra I obviously had to test a bunch of possibilities. This was the result. Aimed for a short symphonic film score with multiple themes and an unresolved ending.

Real drums. Real guitar. Unreal pop with drop. The four of us made this piece of weird cringy song back in January, 2017. It was our Exam project and the teacher called it 'bastard pop'. Sure? Fun to make never the less. :)

My metal-lovin' friend Niklas really wanted to record a new cover song and I figured, why not go all out and turn this Van Halen song into a longer piece with lots of double-pedal, longer solos and a symphonic backing?
