London based duo Running Hot have been making noise over the past few years for their deep digging DJ sets around London, alongside their DJ edits series and popular YouTube channel.

Their sound covers a lot of ground, from the weird and the wonderful to the best in dance floor business; moving through Reggae, Street Soul, Boogie, Disco, House, Techno & Garage and all the sounds in between.

You can catch them every month via their residency on Balamii radio.

About the mix: We've been meaning to do this mix for a while and this series seemed like the perfect opportunity. It's very much inspired by the legendary "Soft Rock for Hard Times" series from the Universal Cave guys, but this one focuses on yacht rock inspired sounds from outside the US.

Through his Adventures parties and festivals he’s been animating the Italian Riviera for almost a decade now, co-curating passionately crafted line-ups featuring some of the world’s most exciting acts and selectors. As a DJ he embraces different styles and tempos in colourful sessions, showcasing his fondness for house music, reggae, disco, downtempo, breakbeat and everything in between. During the last few years James brought his music in several dance-floors across Europe and beyond.
