A commission for 'Faf at 2am'  who introduced me to the obscure series known as Terrahawks, created by Gerry Anderson (Creator of Thunderbirds) in 1983. He has discovered a bunch of unseen B Roll footage for the show which I'll link here:

I've never actually watched this properly but the few clips I've seen are decent and has interesting cinematography and effects. 
The music does bang though, composed by Richard Harvey who was reported to have used sampled synth patches from a Fairlight CMI and Synclavier for this soundtrack. I've used a bit of those here from Arturia's versions but I do like the Emulator II for these types of things too. Plenty of nice rough sounding 80s orchestral instruments in there.

The last bit was improvised by me just to give it some sort of ending.

SO! I had been working on this off and on for less than two months, trying to match the original’s grand, warm strings paired with its elegant, pretty leads. Getting the leads right was tricky, primarily because it took me a while to find the right strings (a big thank you to Connor for that!). However, tonight, God allowed it all to work out at long last. I am so immensely happy with how this turned out, and I hope you guys will enjoy it too! 

P.S. I chose to omit the crash section since I personally enjoy the theme more when I can listen to it without having to “go through” the crash section. It’s cool though, so I may upload a crash-included version too. 

Instruments by Leah’s Music Studio, with at least two or three edited by me, Connor (CGA26), and Urthie’s Music Studio, with Linn LM-1 drum samples from MasterOFTrainz (James). 

I give all the glory to YeHoVaH for His allowing this to work out so well!
