In April of 1999, Bard Entertainment Television (BET) premiered a one weekend showing of the pilot episode of a new adaptation of the William Shakespeare comedy "Comedy of Errors" for the silver screen. Attempting to steal the primetime slot from shows "Friends", "Sabrina the Teenage Witch", "Boy Meets World", and "Moesha" at the time; the show ended up being abandoned due to contractual and interpersonal issues. One of the only surviving relics of this long forgotten classic, is this song. Produced by Quincy Jones and performed by the cast themselves as the main vocalists, this song captured the same feeling that the live studio audience reported after the test screenings: "???"

This debut mixtape from Ypsilanti, MI's own Shane "Sharod" Collins is what we've been missing. Along with 2025's trend that "real hip-hop is back"; this punching, poignant, and personal EP is just a result of the same happenings. While being made over a few years in collaboration with Ann Arbor's Clarence Collins III being the featured producer, the Dilla to the SV, cementing intelf in hip-hop tradition is the main goal when these two get together. Through this short run time of 35 minutes you will be exposed to the environment, the landscape, the humanity of the area in which this sonically represents.
