One Note Piece Original Piano

A concrete piece using manipulated sound files from a recording of Edward MacDowell's To a Wild Rose.  The piece was recorded on piano at All Saint's Church in Swansea and the piece then cut into phrases (of both musical and non-musical lengths) and manipulated using software like GRM tools, Cecilia 5 and Soundgrain. The piece is named Down the Rabbit Hole as it takes inspiration from the falling scene in the 1865 novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson.

The piece was recorded on piano at All Saint's Church in Swansea and the piece then cut into phrases (of both musical and non-musical lengths) and manipulated using software like GRM tools, Cecilia 5, Soundforge and Soundgrain. This piece is currently unnamed and unarranged.  This version is only for reference to see what has changed later on.

Shostakovich Composition 2 Unedited

A concrete piece using manipulated sound files from a recording of Dimitri Shostakovich's Prelude in Eb Minor. The piece was recorded on piano at All Saint's Church in Swansea and the piece then cut into phrases (of both musical and non-musical lengths) and manipulated using software like GRM tools, Cecilia 5, Soundforge and Soundgrain. This piece is currently unnamed but is the full edited version of the piece.  

Recomposed Shostakovich Prelude in Eb Minor Edited

A concrete piece using manipulated sound files from a recording of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake. The piece was performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. The piece cut into phrases (of both musical and non-musical lengths) and manipulated using software like GRM tools, Cecilia 5, Soundforge and Soundgrain. This piece is named Western Symphony as it is based on Tchaikovsky's symphony and I feel that it has a Western feel to it.  I wanted some parts to feel rushed and others to be laid back.
