I pulled it out a few weeks ago, realised it's not as bad as I previously thought, got it properly mastered by Adam Goodlet at Re:creation studios, and now it has a whole new lease of life for me! The Aussie duo, Staunch, has returned full of funk with a massive album to get deep into the middle of a glitch hop movement, threading the needle with plenty of bass and grit. Their album is called "Dissecting the Groove," an experience full of intense jams and futuristic sounds to complement their reputation for outstanding music - using heavy wobbles that weave in and out of a track like a missile-seeking animal.

"Fight Milk" starts things off with soul and retro funk from another dimension. Reaching into the depths with an epic guitar solo, this tune has plenty of spice and melty transitions to satisfy any fan. "Racist Monday" has plenty of impressive crashes and interesting breaks, using the most clever and simple sounds to embark on a truly fantastic ride into glitchy-ness. "Grind Stone" is a hip-hop anthem style, middle-finger to the haters. "Shit Stiffy" gears up for more galactic melting, while "Trimmsy" takes things into a downtempo, dark abyss of fresh electro and funk. With help from Kash and Beat Fatigue, things get really interesting with two magnificent tracks called "Alpha Mode" and "Low Down."

Dragon Crunk

Hey guys, here's a track me and my mate Dave have been working on, we're starting a live electro-glitch-swing band called "Wu-Li Masters". We need a trumpet/sax player so if anyone's interested please get in touch :) 

Wu-li means patterns of organic energy and nonsense in Chinese so we thought it would be an appropriate name!! The name is inspired by the book by Gary Zuvak called "The dancing Wu-li masters" Great read if you've never heard of it :)
