In mid May 2016, I received three calls and a message from 1-855-204-0765 stating that the Canadian Revenue Agency "has been informed of a legal case against your name..."  It didn't state the charges nor the person being charged, only that "you will be held responsible for all legal consequences if you don't call back."  So, I called back in full hoser mode.
