Welcome to Deltarune: Playthings! An AU where Jevil, the imprisoned jester, takes the place of Kris, the captive human, and vice versa. Play your part, do your best, and enjoy this wonderful show!

In this scene, Jackal. Tony, and Ames engage in a simple curiosity. If the sea has a floor, does it gather dust in its corners? A gnawing in the back of Jackal's mind leads them to a revelation.

Jackal: What do you get when you cross a snowman and a shark?

Tony: Jackal, is now really the time for-

Kris: I DUNNO, WHAT ??

Jackal: ...Frostbite!

Kris: KEHAHAHAHAAHA !!! OH MY GOD WHAT ??
Kris: THAT'S ♡ AWESOME OK WE ARE ♡ FRIENDS NOW.
Kris: THAT'S BASICALLY ALL THERE IS TO SAY IN REGARDS TO THAT.
Kris: YEP ! YOU AND ME ! ESSENTIALLY INSEPARABLE !
Kris: YOU GET HURT AND I GET HURT TOO, YES SIR !
Kris: AND VICE-A VERSUS AND ALL, YOU KNOW !
Kris: THIS IS FRIENDSHIP AND BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH...

[ Kris prattles on with enthusiasm, to the relief of the previously unnerved. ]

Jackal: Telling jokes is a great way to ease tension and make new friends.

Ames: I agree! And it seems to have just saved us some danger!

Tony: Alright, sure, whatever. Sell-out.
