Berlin duo The/Das are to release their sophomore album, Exit Strategies, on Life And Death in September 2017, with a first EP from it, ›Drug Dilling‹, coming in July. The absorbing 12-tracker is the result of a period of searching that finds the new line-up of Fabian Fenk and Philipp Koller combine multiple ideas, layers, fragments and sounds and refine their distinct idea of techno tenderness. It makes for a soothing and escapist 60 minute listen that works as well at home, on headphones, as it does loud in the club.

We’re so proud to have Gab Rhome join us once again with his very powerful and mystical EP ‘Volleyball In Space’. Gab starts the EP with a dance floor shuffler, ‘Mount Fuji’s Romance Federation’. The track holds plenty of energy, yet manages to fly low while still maintaining a solid heat with striking elegance. ‘Beach Bummer’ turns up the heat just a bit with deep subs and dramatic breaks – but in the end it’s the punchy house beat that keeps everything on track as Gab lays down some very moving ambience around it. Soul of Void is an electronic music project from St. Petersburg, Russia started by Alexey Izotov in 2017 to find his very own sound on a contemporary dance music scene. As art-director of Soul Kitchen he worked with many artists such as Tube and Berger, Phonique, Rafael Cerato, Edu Imbernon, Affkt, Nandu, Izhevski, Azamat, Moonwalk, Dashdot, Satin Jackets, Adana Twins, Balcazar and Sordo and many others.

He is focused on a certain ethnic sound in each track, preferring the eastern furrows and surreal sound textures of some of the old instruments of the Middle East, creating his own sets with harmonious designs and deep bass lines.

After a short period of work Soul of Void tunes are supported and played by Oliver Schories, Lane 8, Soul Button, Armen Miran, Darin Epsilon, Yoram, The Foreigners, George X, Kimball Collins, Marymoon, Niki Sadeki, Timboletti and many more all around the world, and music is released and forthcoming on KittBall, Submarine Vibes, Modern Day Music.
