Coming in at just over an hour, Mr Mitch's In Session mix is an introverted take on contemporary bass with a step back into the old school crooning’s of r‘n’b, with all the usual slickness and soul he's known for. Melodic vocals, emotionally-charged hooks and blissfully sweet spaces, it’s a selection made for the dancefloor and the headphone listener alike.

Exploding abruptly at points with bursts of otherworldly drums, dubstep and dark raucous noise before reverting back to his more signature sound, it's an immersive display of reserved energy and experience. Trust us, this is not one to be slept on.

The São Paulo based KAKUBO announces the grippingly imaginative new album "ANDALUZ" for the Brazilian label Gowpe , running on digital and limited cassette editions. Inspired by her electro-acoustic studies background and dancefloor mutations, the Mamba Negra’s collective producer delivers a collection of outlander electronics to a heady dance stew of a trip. Drawing from her Asian-aboriginal heritage references and contemporary Brazilian subcultures, Kakubo pierces together a collection of deviously jagged pieces that manage to juxtapose wildlife acousmatics, coarsely pulsating urban rhythms, raw percussions, funk carioca horns and industrial sounds with mysterious dream-like landscapes. It also features a series of remixes by the local staples BADSISTA , I.C.G and RHR ; one of the Gowpe’s founder alongside visual artists Leonardo Faria e Lucas Liviero.
