In anticipation of things to come, Delimit presents The Prologue EP: a collection of tracks that show off a vision of relentless drum & bass, created by DJ Hidden and Neks.

This EP consists of four heavy hitters: The Fifth Element kicks off this release with heavy bass sounds and pounding beats, inspired by the movie with the same name. At Dawn, the second track on this release keeps things heavy, interchanged with playful glitches and scratches. The collaboration with Coman Dante, entitled The Unknown, could be considered a "skull roller" - not entirely skullstep, not entirely roller but a nice hybrid. Delimit closes the EP with Cross Over, an eclectic track with a low key, some crazy stabs, and a tearing reece in the middle.

This precursor gives you a glimpse of the fresh take on hard drum & bass Delimit plans to continue with their album, which is already in the making. Delimit's music is bound to rip those subwoofers to shreds, blow off some roofs and explode plenty of brains... and there is nothing you can do to stop them.

Tight-knit to classical and orchestral soundscapes, Synthakt adds a uncompromising & technical yet emotionally triggering sound to the Drum&Bass panorama, which is giving him a lot of support by established artists like Ivan Shopov, Maxim Anokhin and Noel Wessels.

Memento Mori, the lead track of his upcoming 4 track EP, is perhaps the best example for epic modern drum&bass and what to expect from Synthakt.

Synthakt is a drum & bass producer with a penchant for punishment from Salzburg, Austria. He fuses pummeling bass and a technical drum sound straight out of hell with dark undertone melodies that would make the hair stand up at the back of your neck. Sinister forces no doubt put him in the crosshairs of Counterstrike, who couldn’t help to notice this rising dark star.  His menacing sound has also caught the ears of other ominous overlords such as June Miller, Limewax, Pythius, Cooh, Prolix and The Panacea amongst others.  

The EP starts off with Faint where a pounding drum workout responds to a screeching robotic stab. Next up is Redshift, a tearing reece and amen foundation sets the tone for a dark melodic synth line. Following is Spiral View. An infectious blood curdling sound sits on top of hard as nails two step drums. Lastly I Believe sees Synthakt collaborate with Counterstrike where an apocalyptic intro leads to a drop that will take heads clean off.

Electronica tinged atmospherics connects to a raspy, rising bassline that explodes as the first beats hit.
