Doctor Red is back on Culture Dub Records with "Spanish Bombs", a title that sounds like a tribute to The Clash, for an EP on which the singer Ma Kata delivers four new titles sung in Spanish followed by two Dub versions ! Texts talking about love, transmission or justice, on rhythms always inspired by the Reggae Dub of the origins by leading it into the rhythmic lands of the Stepper, while influencing it with Cumbia, Hip-Hop and World sounds, mastered by Joss.B aka Dub Machinist, for Free Download... ! 

Doctor Red was created in 2009 with two musicians, Lolo (percussionist & sampler) and Yvan (bassist). Both of them have travelled quite a lot with their instruments in different formations, in order to meet the world rhythms, which then unite around the same passion: Dub Music!

"Spanish Bombs" is a song by English Punk Rock band The Clash on the album "London Calling", a reference title for the new Doctor Red's EP, speaks of the Spanish war which devastated Spain from July 17, 1936 to April 1, 1939. The song praises the heroism of the republicans and the anarchists in particular, during this period...

C'est avec "Spanish Bombs", titre qui résonne comme un hommage à The Clash, que Doctor Red est de retour sur le label Culture Dub Records pour un EP sur lequel la chanteuse Ma Kata délivre quatre nouveaux titres clamés en espagnol suivis de deux versions Dub, des textes parlant d'amour, de transmission ou de justice, sur des rythmiques toujours inspirées par le Reggae Dub des origines en l'entrainant dans les contrées rythmiques du Stepper, tout en lui influant des sonorités Cumbia, Hip-Hop et World, masterisé par Joss.B aka Dub Machinist, en Libre Téléchargement... Doctor Red se forme en 2009 suite à la rencontre de 2 musiciens, Lolo (percussionniste & sampler) et Yvan (bassiste), ayant tous deux déjà pas mal bourlingué avec leurs instruments dans diverses formations, à la rencontre des rythmes du monde, qui se réunissent alors autour d’une même passion : le Dub !
