"Worth" is a song about addiction, the private thoughts of somone struggling through an addictive part of their lives and the paranoia that comes with it. 
"The Good" is the wrong name of an australian band that are actually called "the poor", it's a reference to something on the tv while the person is pondering things in the lyric.
