Track description: Two friends made the original and they asked around for 8 artists to do a remix, each in a different genre. I was picked for the dancefloor/festival remix so I came up with the groove, melodic basslines, drumkit programming, vocal sampling and time-stretching, arrangement, piano arpeggio, mixing & mastering :)

About Matje
Artist biography: Emerging into the musical realms as a self-taught guitarist, Matje has developed his passion for electronic music back in 2008 when he starting spinning as a resident in a local club, initially mixing various genres of house music and then focusing more on the minimal sound. Throughout his musical affair, he warms up the crowd for Nu Zau & Dubsons in 2014. Without any second thought, he starts producing in 2015 and releases his first EP in digital format on 9.05.2017 at [brosh] records, followed by his second VINYL ONLY EP on 15.08.2019 at Otaku Records which is out on deejay.de and other main distributors (www.deejay.de/Matje_OTK006_OTK006_Vinyl__934110), with early support from Cezar, Dubtil, Priku + many more.

He becomes an international artist after performing in Belgium for the first time, in 2016. Then he becomes a London based artist with an impressive portfolio and an immersive and distinctive sound. Together with some friends, he starts his own label "Equinox" in order to create a cutting edge platform for releasing both dancefloor-oriented tracks and also ambient soundscapes for like-minded individuals to collectively enjoy!
