On Friday the 15th November 2013 at Southwark Cathedral Curated Place presents a concert that will bring an evening of world premieres to London.

The World Premiere of Three Shakespeare Sonnents from that colossus of the classical world, Sir John Tavener, is the main event with Kjartan Sveinsson of Sigur Rós fame heading a lineup of new music from seven Icelandic composers. Finally a brand new commission from one of the UK’s rising classical stars, Jack White produced through our residency programme ”Collaborative Compositions“ with Sound and Music  will be performed by the performers it was writter for - The South Iceland Chamber Choir.

It is performed by the South Iceland Chamber Choir, with soprano soloist Björg Þórhallsdóttir and conducted by Hilmar Örn Agnarsson.
