Luciano Martinez A.K.A ‘L31’ es un DJ Argentino de Techno de San Martín (Buenos Aires) nacido el 31 de Mayo de 1998. 
Sus primeras conexiones con la música se dieron en 2011 a sus 13 años de edad con el Hip Hop, al producir su propio material encontró una pasión por la producción y comenzó su proyecto “Anømøs Studio” donde muchos artistas del barrio y distintas zonas fueron a grabar su material. Con ganas de profundizar su conocimiento siguió la carrera de “Grabación y post-producción de audio” en “Escuela Tecson” (2017 a 2019). Paralelamente, en 2017 conoce el Techno en Under Club y Cocoliche. En 2020 ya teniendo conocimientos de Mixing por el Hip Hop, comienza a mezclar Techno. A fines de 2021 crea “Rencore Techno” junto a su amigo ‘Nchchnch’ con el fin de dar espacio a DJ’s emergentes para hacer escuchar su música.

Sus estilos favoritos son el Acid, Groove, Hypnotic, Hard Techno y Hard Groove. 

Sus referentes actuales son varios y de muchos sub-generos distintos, tanto productores como DJ’s, entre ellos se destacan: Ben Sims, Stranger, DJ Dextro, Franklin S, JXXXO, Baugruppe90, Svetec, Klangkuenstler, Luca Maier, Bours?, Sara Landry, TRYM, DYEN, entre otros…

Sus presentaciones tuvieron lugar principalmente en su barrio, también en el sótano de VOX, en Córdoba y Neuquén.

His productions regularly include repetitive baselines, noise sequences and atmosphere pads.
