Opening track from my first full-length album Daisy Wardens. I'm super proud of this album as a whole. This track is a good example of my attempts to explore some optimistic feelings. Which have been much needed for myself over the last year+.  Leaning into any goofy ideas that comes to me.

Dopefist and chromatic shared a tracks MIDI from a jam back in the day. I reworked it and added my own percussion.

4 years later and the cirklon has joined the family. I'm in heaven and I barely understand what I'm doing. :'D 

Built a first draft of an all hardware setup.
Elektron Machinedrum, Moog Mother 32, Korg Monologue, Roland JV-1080 with the cirklon as the brains. 

I haven't dove this deep into hardware world and am looking forward to the experiment. Lots to learn.

Second jam on the cirk. I nearly wrangled the JV-1080 multi-parts. It's so fun and easy to create acid bass lines. I find myself wanting to make more and more of them.

A rough hardware jam. I'm spending some long overdue time with the cirklon after working on a video game and finding paying work. The cirklon is endlessly interesting, there are so many workflows to discover and features to explore. I keep falling deeper into the rabbit holes. Launching clips with MD took a little head scratching and I can't sort out whether to I want to move drum sequencing to the cirklon. The elektron workflow is so damn good on the native hardware, despite all the power of the cirklon. I sort of fantasize about the more elektron-like p-lock UX for the cirklon which feels blasphemous to say. Cheers and kisses. 

Hardware: Korg Monologue, Ensoniq EPS, Moog Mother-32, Elektron MachineDrum, Sequentix Cirklon, Roland JV-1080. 
Software: Bit of multi-band compression and top-end spatializing in Ableton before the final bounce.

First track made in Ableton in quite a while after spending the last few months mostly with the cirklon. I still have so much muscle memory for Ableton.
