From regular residencies at the infamous Robert Johnson he connects dancers from dust to space at Leipzig’s IFZ, Milan’s Tempio del Futuro Perduto Mexico City’s Funk Club and Berlin’s very own Staub as well as overseas. His discography reflects his profound artistic output on prestigious compilations like the Lifesaver 4 Compilation, the collab „And You“ and Ava Records „10 Yahre“ - Compilation as Форм. We can’t wait for what the future holds, Horkheimer will be well inspiring your paths.

This mix is a homage to the Changing Weather Nights at the Golden Pudel Club in Hamburg that were established by Carsten Jost (@david_lieske) and Lawrence (@lawrence_dial) around the turn of the millennium. Coinciding with the founding of their record label Dial (that turns 20 this year) these weekly club-nights served as the main place of musical experimentation and social interaction for the label and its artists which greatly informed what was later described as the "Dial Sound". The mix is a loose interpretation of a memory of that specific atmosphere at Changing Weather Nights without exclusively limiting itself to music that was produced at this very moment in time.

As a DJ, Fango is celebrated for his high energy, fun and expressive sets. With little more than his underwear and (sometimes) a cap, he quite literally follows his own ethos.. that music is naked and should be played to the crowd without a mask. As a producer, he is a perfectionist obsessed with mixing bass drums, recording percussion, sampling and you’ll hear everything from drum machines to orchestral gongs in his work. Over the last few years, these productions have appeared on labels such as Kompakt, 50 Weapons and his main home Degustibus Music, becoming synonymous with some of the coolest underground events, tastemakers and dance-floors around the world.
