As a solo artist and founding member of the Jet Life Crew, Young Roddy has built a successful career for himself, learning from some of the most talented rappers in the game. One of his most influential mentors, Curren$y, took Roddy under his wing and helped refine his talent. Produced by Drupey Beats, the track sees all three artists in their element, flowing over soulful production and effortlessly trading off energetic verses. Roddy kicks things off with a smooth entrance, then Smoke DZA steps in, dropping a fantastic verse before passing it off to Curren$y, who puts the cherry on top. When a cast like this steps to the plate, everyone expects them to hit it out of the park, which is exactly what they have done.  While they aren’t collaborating as frequently as they were at the beginning of their careers, it’s always a treat to see them reunite; they possess a calming, yet infectious energy and their lyrical content is always refreshing.
