@vevdae: It's a Japanese bank with some extra sounds specifically made for English; He has the English "r", both the light and dark "th" sounds, the English "f" sound ( which is a little different from the Japanese "f" ), and some English vowels, however, they're different from Cz's system and are more consistent with DELTA's system of English featured in Teto English and Anna Nyui English-neo- , they're aliased differently however, like "O" will be "o+" in Ritsu English. What makes Ritsu so diffcult to use in English is that 1. in terms of English vowels, he only has the singular vowels, there are no CV samples for the English vowels, so you wouldn't find samples like "ki+" or "gu+" - the only exception to this is Ritsu's "@" phoneme aka the English "schwa", which he has SOME CV samples for, and are usually the samples you want to use to mix with the single English vowels. He also lacks a proper "l" phoneme, which makes it very difficult for him to produce the sound.

Making Ritsu speak English is like trying to ride a bull sometimes
Especially when you're basically trying to do some cross-synthesis shit with it ;D
And the fact I used every voicebank except Mabayu and Uruha, and of course his non-utau voicebanks
But I like the result
