The forthcoming episode of the rising Lyon-based imprint Sharped Records’ saga is dressed to kill! Ukrainian producers Vladyslav Putistin & Lvcerate joined forces and influences to bring to life the very first consequence of their collaboration: “Hot Flashes” is a fierce and well-constructed six-track EP featuring the interesting fusion among EBM, New Beat, and Italo Disco plus shards of Techno divided into three edged originals and three fangy remixes made with love by Lennart, Omon Breaker, and Neu-Romancer & Radondo.

Premiered here, “Unstoppable Beat” lives up to its name and comes wrapped in an intense groovy-meets-darkness aura resulting in one of the highlights of the release. The frivolous drums and percussive elements allied with the superb and sturdy bassline create the perfect environment for the throbbing synth layers to jump in. The vocal hooks and distorted leads bring a menacing atmosphere to the theme.

There was an awkward suspense which hung in the air as the church bells began to ring out across the streets of the small town. People walked out from inside their homes to observe the scene as the marriage ceremony was concluded. It was some sort of meta romance which had brought them together long ago but now everything seemed to have fallen into place for the young couple. They were very much in love and yet were cold to the touch of the outside world...

WORST Records is a French label based out of Lyon, they are set to release a three track EP by A Strange Wedding. Oddball electronics and abstract melodic flutters.

On remix duties rising star @Shubostar takes on 'Dead by Dawn' and up the tempo, creating a dance-floor beast.

Curses has also done vocals for Artists such as Âme ('Shadow of Love'), on legendary Berlin-label Innervisions, keeping true to his punk and new wave approach on electronic music. Previous albums released on Dischi and fashion house, Saint Laurent. Curses has brought his unique sound to iconic venues such at DC-10 and festivals like Nuits Sonores and Grauzone, as well his residency at Berlin’s infamous Pornceptual party. Hosting a Monthly radio show, Together Alone, on Rinse FM France, Curses has also released various EP's and singles with labels such as, Oráculo, Bordello a Parigi, Running Back, and Wrong Era.
Curses is responsible for curating the acclaimed vinyl compilation series and party, Next Wave Acid Punx, showcasing a passion for New Beat, Early E.B.M, Post-punk and obscure Italo, which continues to gain a passionate cult following worldwide, including multiple support from BBC Radio 6.

Curses continues to bring a romantic and punk energy to the club, threading the ethereal nostalgia of the 80s and 90s into the future of now.
