My entry for The Allegorist-Desired Changes-Remix Competition on Metapop 2021. Since Metapop is closing end of April 2023, I upload my remix here.

My text on Metapop:
"It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much for your great tracks and this great opportunity, Anna! 
It quickly became clear to me what it was going to be: picking up on the groove part of the second part with the aim of making it really take off.
To start with, I took 2 tones from the "weird vocals", built a loop out of them and sometimes added additional harmony tones. I proceeded in a similar way with the noise track: removed a small part, looped and sidechained against the kick so that it breathes and pulsates. Conga track also taken a little and transformed into a new loop.
For the bass I took over the four-note descending bass line, stretched it twice and added a secondary note to the last note. The rest was done by itself: the phenomenal vocals (3voices) float above my straight beat at 130 bpm. The I added in-house acid line, own lead sounds, a small ascending piano motif - that's about it :)"
