Sparta Craft Base

dumb messy semi-filler mashup/fusion of porta (v3) and otit (v1/v2) but not without my own ideas
regularly switches between the keys of each base since they're conveniently relative to each other (d# major and c minor)
conceptually inspired by similar bases (emanise, gyaosz,...)
both by garyviews

Originally a layout for a cancelled remix. I am deciding to release it as a sparta base (if you even wanna call it that LOL, half sparta base, half chiptune music mashup ig)
