I Still Think About You  Everyday, Merle.. submitted FYC for the 59th Grammy's

When I was 5 my father suffered a major stroke, leaving him permanently mentally and physically handicapped. At 15, I lost my Mom to Leukemia. It was at this crucial and incredibly vulnerable time that I was welcomed into a new family, that of the Philadelphia Boys Choir. Through the tremendous love that was shown to me by the parents of the other boys, the amazing staff, and of course, the other singing members, I believe I was kept from going down a darker path. Since then, I have been paying it forward  as a board member of the Boy's Choir for nearly 10 years. Although I have continued my pursuit of music through my adult life, I have only just recently had the honor and privilege to collaborate with the choir on a song. I was incredibly fortunate to be able to work with Jeffrey Smith (the current director of the choir and one of my best friends when we were boys singing together) and my friend and colleague, Scott Robinson on this wonderful Choral/Instrumental arrangement of this song.  It is about trying to hold on to things that you can't.
