SPD GAR IS BACK!! It's an incredible honor to be part of it

This song is probably the most important one I've done in a good while. Maybe ever? It marks the first time I've actually done a song fully centered around lead vocals, with a melody I wrote myself. I've been a fan of Kanata.N for a good good while, so having her sing and write lyrics for it was amazing. I mean c'mon man are you hearing her? she went crazy on the beat.

If you enjoy my sound with vocals on it, rest assured you will enjoy some of the next songs I have for this year. I'm very passionate about a lot of types of music and I hope I can bring all the different sounds and emotions under the same umbrella. Stay tuned!

djeb and I first met over four years ago in this weird quasi-mythical place called Loudness Refuge. We became friends almost instantly and, since then, we have been around each other's music and art, have traveled to different countries together, and even worked together alongside other people on songs like Dubstep 2 - Emotional clap or SHADOW GOVERNMENT INC - CLEAN JOBS. Despite this, we never formally collabed, until now. I'm super happy to put this one out because it both sounds awesome and oozes both of our personalities at the same time.

For the most part, heavy dubstep songs don't usually have much of a theme. They usually go like "here's just me messing with a synth" or "here's a song about my interests or media franchise im into right now."

So when I initially made this song, it wasn't much different. I needed something for Round 3 of Dub Duels, so I made a whatever song about me being able to write for strings. For the purpose, it was enough (I lost the round lmao), but I felt like it needed a complete makeover. 
At that time, I was feeling "somewhat" sad and angry about some issues I was having with a person, so I thought it would be cathartic to write around these feelings. Somewhat, because I'm usually too stable emotionally, so I didn't feel that strongly about it 😭. Instead, I thought, what if I imagined I was actually really sad and angry, and tried to channel these feelings? And that's how it ended up. It was a very fun exercise in humanity, and I hope you guys like it!
