Returning to the label with the bulbous two-track EP "Turn It Up," Clarke does just that: Writhing in carnal groove simplicity, he taps into the roots of timeless, low-down, butt-wriggling house music with three obscene examples of strong-armed tech funk. "Can You Funk" punches with Breach-level hookiness, and Turn It Up does the loopy-loop with Dirtybirds trademark vocal trippiness.

It might be hard to believe that it's been two years since we received an original production from the maestro, but thankfully, the drought has finally come to an end with his brand new collaborative EP called 'Works Well With Others'. The first to arrive is his work with Will Clarke - a bearded and beloved rising star of the eclectic label - on a track called 'Tiny Tambourine'.
