RIVOLTA sews pop and dub together. Sometimes it is very clear – Augustus Pablo ask his melodica back please. Often it’s more subtle and modern. Chris Vandevorst, driving force and singer, locked himself in his basement for a year and a half for this project. You immediately think of dust, cobwebs and washing machines. But none of this. RIVOLTA tries to make a nice and armpit fresh link with "the world out there". This summer you’re dancing on doctor's advice on songs like "Crazy Crush", "Different Times" and "Daylife"!  
‘Spielerei’ with mixers, synths and filters, but also percussion, backing vocals (the lovely Nathalie Van Laecke) and guitars are present. RIVOLTA is also produced by Frits Standaert (Red Zebra, Durango). Big up Master F.!
