Throbbing are four hearts, their feelings repressed; regrets remain locked in their chest, 
and though they're not beating quite as one, we claim the same home.

Ground up figments of the past line my path like broken glass, and as I walk, every misstep cuts so deeply. Let's only look back, we'll never progress. While I cradled along this distress, my whole life left me behind.

Oh no, now you're taking things for granted. There's so much that you've yet to see, and I guarantee everything you say was wasted time, someone else holds dearly.
First regrets, then self doubt, kept their body nailed to the ground endlessly bound while those around them all moved on.

Counting wasted days away, archiving all my mistakes. They’ll never ever ever change. We'll never ever ever change. Throughout the passage of each day, every dark mark fades away. We're not the only ones ashamed, most everybody feels the same regrets.
