a tune - used in a scene that had a "live" track playing in the back ground - so the tv composer gets to make a tune in a similar style which is then used to cover up the source tune... get it? ... avoiding copyright issues... anyhow - i still like this little number and the very nice vocals by Jean Greig

Pool Rmx

sequencers and samples = the 80's - this track is all about that and more - the "sona" playing the melody is a chinese double reed - like a very loud oboe - i can't play one really - but i could play individual notes well enough to sample and then create a part from the keyboard - in this case an Emulator II - in any event i still like the track

a tune about the pain of driving cab - marginal quality from a tascam porta studio - Arp 2600 bass, clavinet and a 1 loop beat box...  this is one for the "lets redo that in pro tools" file - still really like the song

another 1 loop beat box - my apologies - hell , it was 1980... i call it shenai cause the CS01 lead is meant to resemble an indian double reed...  i still think it is rather good - i also like the backing track of Arp 2600 bass and clavinet, doubled with Casio MT 35 quasi vocal sound...  in the day that would have been exotic

No there was no Prophet synth in those days so the parts had to be entered in 1 by 1 on my lowly Arp.
