Cygnus Loop consists of Evan Fox (ex-Innoculation, ex-Beyond Nitefall), Jim Lapso (ex-Beyond Nitefall) and Eric Neff (ex-Vintage Manifest, ex-Beyond Nitefall). After the split of Beyond Nitefall in early 2011, the three reunited about 9 months later to start a new project together. The result is a dichotomy of heavy vs. soft, technicality vs. simplicity, theory vs. emotion.
