Next on Cymatic, we welcome back our good friend of the label, Houston (UK), with a two-track EP that’s already had a load of love thrown at it by @dilbydj, @ben_rau, @joshbutlermusic, and @djstevekelley!

‘Come Alive’ leads the release with the pure Deep House goodness that we can’t get enough of. A catchy vocal that signals to the dance floor that it’s time to get a groove on and it’s fully backed up with Houston’s signature dubby accents, warm pads, and unmistakable attention to detail with subtle ear candies.

Now that you’re primed and ready, it’s time for ‘Phases’ to take the energy up a notch. Still rooted in Deep House, it leans more into ‘dance floor’ territory, driven by rolling grooves, lush atmospheres, and the perfect execution of tension & release throughout. This was our label launch at Five Walls in Paignton, UK. Five Walls is a small, intimate bar that brings out the true deep house and underground crowd from the area. Everyone who came was a true believer in this sound.

We were lucky to have @ollieballyn99 playing a selection of deep rolling grooves, smooth funky basslines, and a perfectly curated set of tracks that set the vibe for the night. He’s one of the most humble artists you’ll ever meet, yet his music speaks volumes.

Thanks to everyone who made this night so special. This is just the start! There will be many more events in this series right here at Five Walls.
