About Venkman
Born in 1975 in Aix en Provence (Southern France), Cyrille "Venkman"was fascinated by music since the age of 4 when he first got on the vinyl collection of his older brothers.
His first musical revelations were « hard-rock » bands such as AC/DC, Van Halen but also the original soundtracks of Ennio Morricone. At the age of 12 he started to learn classical guitar, his passion for rock music led him towards electric guitar and  to set up his first band. In 1997 he moved out to Reunion island (close to Mauritius) where while jamming around he met a lot of great musicians  such as Danyel Waro or the members of the exotic-fusion band Sabouk.
He decided in 1999 to audition for the Conservatory  in Nancy  (Music Academy International) and got two degrees in 2000 and 2001 as a guitarist.
In 2001 "Venkman" joined the band Kooma as a singer (a metal fusion band) of which the  album Freshtoosht was released in 2003 after touring with Ron «Bumblefoot» Thal (Guns N’Roses).
"Venkman" been the singer for 6 years of a French Red Hot Chilli Peppers cover band performing 90 gigs a year. He composed, played guitar and sang for his solo album Kiss Me which has been supporting the british indie-rock Kill The Young in 2006.
In 2010 he co-composed and sang for the first album of the French rock band Femme Fatale. This was followed by a world tour with the French Star Houcine who performs with international stars such as Phil Collins or Lionel Richie. Houcine has sold over 5 millions records in within the last decade after his major launch of the outstanding TV show Star Academy.
In 2012 "Venkman" achieved a degree in production management and worked in 2013 as a booking agent for a touring agency.

In 2014 he co-created his own management structure  in France and developed a few French speaking bands.
The musical universe of "Venkman" is wide, from Rock, Pop, Fusion, to Prog Rock (Big Genesis fan), World music to Electronic .

Composer, Producer, Musician, Singer, Backing vocalist, these are a few of Cyrille "Venkman"'s skills. Nowadays, "Venkman" is willing to expand his knowledge and experience on an international scale.
