Year 2019 brought new stuff to me in many ways. I gained experiences that i will keep in my heart until the end of my life.

We started the new year with Nora Matisse in the Brazilian jungle at Adhana festival celebrating life with outstanding artists of the psychedelic scene from all around the world. It was thrilling to play on the Takatuka stage at Kolorado Festival, to hail to the first lights of dawn at Alkototabor, to spread the magic in the mountains of Pécs city, and to experience my most important night in my life so far at this year’s Ozora on Pumpui stage, where I had the fortune to spend 3 hours in a collective trance with thousands of amazing people right before the performance of Extrawelt/Midimilliz who will be always my heroes.

I felt humble and gratitude and it turned my attention into new ways of interest.

I have been always interested in both psychedelic and technoid sounds and I am amazed by the eclectic musical world that grew on the boundary of these genres as a special type of magic mushroom.

With this decade-closing and decade starting studio mix I would like to summarize the past and set out the way to the future at the same time. 

2020 is going to be an incredible year.

2019 nem várt módokon mutatott újat számomra, jó pár olyan élményt kaptam ajándékba a sorstól, melyet minden bizonnyal életem végéig élénken őrizni fogok a szívemben.

Nora Matisse-szal közösen a brazil hegyi dzsungelben indítottuk az újévet, ahol a psychedelic szcéna legnagyobbjai között ünnepeltük az életet. Hatalmas élmény volt a Takatuka helyszínen zenélni a Kolorádó Fesztiválon, esôt elállítani és napfekeltét köszönteni az Alkotótáborban,  sámánkodni a pécsi tettyei katlan bulikon, és átélni eddigi életem legfontosabb estéjét az idei Ozorán, a Pumpui stagen, ahol 3 órán keresztül, közös transzban nyitogattuk a dimenziokapukat tízezer csodâlatos emberrel, mindezt úgy, hogy példaképeim és barátaim ott készülôdtek mellettem a színpadon, hogy azután én is végighallgassam az Extrawelt és Midimiliz liveokat elôször ilyen környezetben. 

Alázatot és hálát éreztem, és az élmény hatására új dolgokra nyílt a szemem.

Amióta elektronikus zenével foglalkozom, mindigis egyszerre érdekelt a pszichedelikus és technoid zenék határán egyfajta mágikus gombaként létezô-alakuló eklektikus, behatárolhatatlan zenei világ. Ehhez a kiindulóponthoz visszatérve, azt továbbgondolva készítettem el ezt az évtizedzáró és nyitó stúdiómixet, mely összegzi az eddigieket és kijelöli a továbbhaldási irányt. 2020 nagy év lesz, elképesztô dolgok fognak történni szerintem.

"Based on Instinct" is the first solo EP of Atmophile Electronics co-founder Sharad Sood. All 4 tracks are composed in playful hardware jams, each following its own concept, from synthesis approach over rhythmic structures and recording techniques up to the editing process. Keeping a techno feel at heart this release is a representation of his never ending urge to experiment in the field of music creation and audio engineering.

Sharad Sood - Teile Nr. 3 [Artaphine Premiere]

Urodzony w 1982 roku, mieszkaniec Katowic. Z psytrance pierwszy raz zetknął się około roku 1997, kiedy to usłyszał nagrania grupy Juno Reactor. Na początku przygody z muzykę elektroniczną, nagrania i wiedzę czerpał z nieistniejącej już rozgłośni radiowej Evosonic i audycji „Technikum Mechanizacji Muzyki w radiu RMF. Wraz z rosnącą ilością imprez poszerzały się jego znajomości i dzięki m.in. za namową DJ Dudi'ego kupił pierwsze vinyle i 12 października 2002 roku zadebiutował w małym klubie "Tarantula" w Bytomiu na imprezie "Psychedelic Experience". Niespełna rok później dołączył do ekipy serwisu Psytrance.pl. Kolejnym etapem jego przygody z psytrance były wyjazdy na wielkie festiwale w Europie. Przełomowym rokiem dla Styropiana był rok 2004, kiedy to został organizatorem cyklu imprez pod tytułem Trip To Goa (od III do VI) w katowickim klubie "Scena GuGalander". Na przełomie 2004/2005 założył kolektyw – Psylesia Crew, który odpowiedzialny jest za imprezy z cyklu "Tales" w katowickim klubie INQbator. Od roku 2005 często gości na imprezach w różnych miastach Polski, Czech i Słowacji. W roku 2008 dołączył do kolektywu Mystic Arts Event, który organizuje w Warszawie imprezy z najbardziej znanymi   i  najciekawszymi producentami sceny psytrance. W swych setach łączy nagrania melodyjne i energetyczne. Dzięki swej pasji do fotografii od roku 2003 dokumentuje imprezy na których nie tylko grał, ale także bawił się jako zwykły klubowicz.

DJ and promoter from Szczecin. 
He is a protégé of the Neuroshocked crew. He debuted in 2003 at the legendary club Neuron and was a resident DJ at Crossed.
For two decades, Chad de Smol, Czad, and adzi'nok have been treating dancers to sets ranging from techno to hardcore.
A volcano of energy both in life and behind the decks, he skillfully mixes musical styles and often steps outside the proverbial 'box.'
In 2019, he launched the project The Underground, aimed at promoting the Polish electronic music scene.
He is also a co-founder of the new project Black Wax, which focuses on promoting the art of vinyl mixing.
