On the edge

Wilt Ahwa (wild waters) is ancient German name for Czech national river, Vltava. I live my whole life next to it and this is my little tribute to the river. From the little streams in the depths of Bohemian forest, through the vales of medieval Southern Bohemia, into the capital of Prague, the Heart of medieval Europe, the City of the Kings - my home. Enjoy it's journey, where many stories and lives have begun, both ended...

Never have I been more alive
Never a part of a bigger plan

A Poem

!!! NOTE: This is not political song in any way. !!!

The purpose of this song is simple. It's supposed to be my personal tribute to the one of the most inspiring nations in the history of civilization. Throughout the time and my travels I have met some people, who made equal between German and nazi. This attitude is unbelievably stupid, not just because 70 years have passed since the WW2 ended...this song is about bright sides of the history (and presence) and I would like to spread a message through it. German nation gave the world so many - culture (the greatest music ever, literature, architecture), technology (most of us is using some of them every day), industry, science...German spirit is basically unbeatable and nowadays Germany presents one of the greatest country in the world. Stop talking about the past and let's face the reality - there is a lot to be proud of for German people :-)
And the last, but not least, it is for sure beautiful land in the heart of Europe.

A path unseen, a journey deep
into the darkness, with tears to keep
  
A sense of fear begins to creep
While shadows dance and dreams are asleep

A fragile hope begins to fade
dark forest shows of what you are really made

Of sorrow deep and bitter pain
Lost in the woods again and again

The forest whispers soft and low
A final resting place where I will go

A silent end, a tragic scene
Hanging lifeless what might have been

Pain...anger...hatred...isolation...desperation       

Desperate mind

1. The sky bleeds red as the sun fades away,
The forest grows darker, a place where shadows lay.

2. Whispers of wind carry voices untold,
Where silence is broken by stories of old.

3. Dusk wraps its hands 'round my trembling heart,
A cold that consumes me, tearing me apart.

4. Trees are watching, their eyes are            like flames,
I walk through  night, but I can't escape the same.

5. In the dusk, I’m drowning in the dark,
A fading soul, lost and torn apart.
The shadows call, they pull me near,
In the forest at dusk, I disappear.

6. The moon is a ghost, far from sight,
Swallowed by trees that choke out the light.
7. I can't escape this endless despair,
The dusk is my prison, it’s always been there.

8. The forest swallows me whole, piece by piece,
In the dusk, I find no release.   
9. Just the echoes of a life that I can't return,
In the dusk, I let my soul burn.

Ordinary day

The poets land

Cold stones weep beneath the pines,
Where shadows crawl and moonlight shines.
The forest breathes a quiet dread,
A silent host of whispered dead.


Roots entwine the slumbering bone,
A garden sown with souls unknown.
The earth forgets what lies below,
But a restless wind begins to blow.


A distant owl, a soft and mournful call,
Echoes briefly, then is lost to all.
The forest breathes, a slow and steady sigh,
Beneath the vast and diamond-studded sky.
 

They dream in dirt of sunlit days,
Lost to the fog, in timeless haze.
No tear falls now, no memory bright,
Just hollow quiet, and endless night.
  

Their names are carved on fading gray,
As years like dust are blown away.
The living pass with hurried feet,
Unhearing, the lost heart's final beat.


In this city of the silent stones,
No twisted word is said.
No broken hearts, no fractured bones,
Just peace among the dead.
 
It's better here, beneath the weeds,
Away from all your pain.
No empty smiles, no selfish needs,
Just endless, quiet rain.

Solitude is where the steel is made
In  heavy dark, without aid.
I chose the silence, cold and slow,
The only way my strength could grow.

My wounds are the lessons I must learn
For every bridge that had to burn.
I stopped expecting warmth from light,
And found my fire in the endless night.

I'm one with night, quiet and deep, 
While all the daylight dwellers sleep  
No need for shine, no need for plea,
Strong alone, just shadows and me.

Beneath a sky of frozen grey,
The sunless light of a dying day.
A skeletal wood, the trees now bare,
Whispers of frost in the biting air.

Snow-choked paths where no man walks,
The brittle snap of frozen stalks.
A silent tomb of white and ice,
Paid for the warmth, the ultimate price.

The raven's shadow, a fleeting stain,
Against the canvas of the winter rain.
My frozen breath, a spectral plume,
Lost in the forest's endless gloom.

The north wind howls, a wolf's lament,
For the summer's life, forever spent.
I am the spirit of the bitter cold,
A story of silence, centuries old
