The Take Off Experience

Feeling stuck on a problem or issue in your life? Use this audio experience to take actions that will help you find a fresh perspective on your challenge.

This is an individual activity that takes about 2 hours to complete. Give yourself some uninterrupted time and be ready to spend some time outside. Bring a pen and a notebook and you're ready to go!

The Inspiration Walk is a guided experience where intentional shifts of perspective help you find inspiration in unexpected places. It gets your body and mind moving into (hopefully) unexpected territory to find inspiration on a challenge that matters to you. 

To try it yourself, get up on your feet and head outside. Make sure you bring headphones, a notebook and a pen. Once you’re ready, hit play on the audio track and start walking in the direction you’re facing. The activity takes about 15 minutes.
