Our 'Good Morning from ...' Guest Mix series will explore different artists from all around the world as they take us on a journey with their distinct and unique sounds that they'll showcase to represent their taste, surroundings and upbringing.

Today we’re visiting Russia’s cultural heart, Saint Petersburg, for our early morning story, and we’ll be guided by @valerdenbit for a two-hour tale of wonder and mystery.

Whilst listening to his stories, @valerdenbit takes us through the city to gaze at splendid architectural gems like the Winter Palace and Kazan Cathedral. Bio:

D.H.U.B aka Jonathan Dubé discovered Electronic Music in 2013 . His friend introduced him to the scene and went to a gig of Sasha. That night he understood that was a life-changing moment and he immediately felt in love  with progressive House. By himself he started finding and discovering new DJs and producers around the Globe and as a result he started learning djing in 2015 to spread his love for music. 

His Hypnotic Mixes blend  mostly Progressive , with somes touches of Deep and Organic House with sprinkling of middle eastern percussion and vocals  to take people into different parts of the globe .

Pôngo is the electronic music project and live act of Giovanni and Daniele Bruni, two brothers and composers born and based in italy. Their strong influences blending electro, soul and techno have created this new way to approach the electronic music scene, with the combination of evocative songs and a powerfully refined set. In 2017 their first two EPs are released on Connected. The sigle ''Lose My Mind'' remixed by Arbat, is a success and paves the way to a broader audience. 2018 and 19 mark the release of two other singles ''So Many Words” and “The Only One“ on Blaufield, music label from the German duo Booka Shade. The sound of the project is thus consolidated, increasingly oriented towards Melodic Techno & Electro. In 2020 the two brothers come out with other two very powerful and successful releases. The single "Crocodile" on Disco Halal, record label by Moscoman, and “Call Me“ an EP on Eklektisch label. Those huge tracks are supported by many DJs and producers such as Dixon, Ame & Trikk. The year 2021 begins with their first EP on the historic and well known German label Systematic Recordings of the legend Marc Romboy. Their work receives great acclaim from many producers and followers of the German electronic scene. Their remix of Moskow Diskow by the legendary Telex, comes out shortly after and is long supported by Solomun in his sets. This opens a new path with the majestic label Diynamic Records that will showcase their new single ''Get It Now'' on the next Four to the Floor series. In 2023 a new releases was done: a single in collaboration with Aikon on Multinotes remixed by its owner Musumeci. Finally, two new EPs on the Doa records label and again Systematic recordings. 2024 was start with Huge “Believe” Ep on Uppeground records.

Reykjavík born, half Spanish dj and producer Bjorn Salvador began his dj’ing career at a young age playing what is known today as Old School Hardcore. When that genre started to fade over to Jungle and Drum & Bass he discovered House and Techno music.

As time passed Bjorn got more and more involved in the Techno scene in Reykjavík. He performed on many big name events in Reykjavík through the years with artists like @Dubfire, @CarlCraig, @ChristianSmith, David Holmes, Thomas Krome just to name a few.

10 years ago he finally got into music production and slowly but surely he went more and more into the deep, organic and melodic side of house music.

In 2020 he started his own label, Nordic Voyage with Leon. S Kemp.
