The Cream Of The Crop (instrumental)

this track describes a rough time in my past who suffered with substance abuse and that time was not at all fun. Addiction comes in many forms. I was addicted to belonging, and the other..well it speaks for itself in the song. This record was written in late 2017-early 2018, but didn't have the right beat. until now. This really gave me chills when making it and I am truly proud of this song. 
If you have a loved one that is struggling with addiction, please reach out and help. better to support them than having to bury your own.

The track was inspired by the energy of this weeks full moon. Quite the sight still and never get old of looking at it. As for the music, it has a melodic journey of a tone with soft synths, pads, toms, bass drums and beautiful sounds to tie it in. IT takes a bit of a turn midway through to appease my wobbly bass sounds at a peak then brings us back down to the ground softly. so a bit of an Odesza, Clozee, LSDream, GRiZ and Pretty Lights feel channeling through my spirit before we head to SEVEN STARS! Full Moon Escape

The beat was basically an inspiration when i was in Odessa Ukraine. I was walking the streets with my dudes heard the song by Paul Van Dyk called "For An Angel" i had it in my music library and knew i could make a beat out of it. once i had it the way i wanted it, i sent it to one of my best friends which is an amazing producer Mike Royal. I recorded it as a rough demo type song then when i got back to the US we got it in. 
 The song is basically about going out with your wing man driving fast racing then hitting the club finding a sexy lady you want to take home and do what you do.... since i was over seas it reminded me of the beach riding all day getting drunk and finding sexy ladies all over the place. i hope you like this song world. Part of the compilation  "Burn Bag Project", Mike Royal aka Bottom Boy produced this masterpiece that I laid vocals on and the beat was just a showcase of what he was doing recently. I told him I had something for it, and that song is this. This was the first song that I wrote in September 2019. Shortly after life changed around me. Music was the fuel to keep going, but this one placed me in such a dark place, that I needed to get it out. I felt myself imploding after each day passing that I  did not record the song. But when I did.... My feelings left my body like a cleansing of the soul. This was the first time I dug into the true depths of my personal hell that what all bothered me left, and it changed me for all aspects in life. 
Some will say its about one person, but I saw not only relationships that cut me deep but friends that were unreliable and hurt me as well. Realizing that I definitely needed to re-asses my priorities with love and friendship.
